Every so often I feel inspired to pen some nuggets of wisdom or words that share my current findings or passions on the subject of navigating our innate survive and thrive responses.
When I have upcoming events, talks, videos and other gems I'll slip those in too. It's always good to take a short breather and you may just be inspired or excited by what you read to make just the change you want.
Rebecca creates bespoke individual and group programmes dependent on individual or company requirements. She is an accredited coach and experienced trauma and stress release practitioner having developed her combined skills and knowledge over more than 20years in organisations and latterly private practice.
She supports individuals and teams to understand the neuroscience and somatics (brain and body aspects) that underpin our being and more importantly our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. She uses somatic and neuroscientific approaches including TRE®, Havening Touch™ and bodywork to develop awareness to your personal responses and build your unique toolkit for making long lasting changes and building resilience.
Prior to working in in private practice she worked for various national and international companies including GE and Accenture across Operations, Change Management and HR. She started working as an independent consultant and coach in 2004 developing and honing her specialist interest in stress and trauma from a neuroscience (brain) and somatic (body) perspective - personal change management if you like.
